Waterfront homes and properties around Downtown Fort Lauderdale have become quite expensive. To buy in Las Olas or Rio Vista takes over a million. That is why the Citrus Isles is an up-and-coming neighborhood. With Ocean Access and No Fixed Bridges, located on the East side of New River just south of Davie Boulevard, as you drive up and down these streets you see the neighborhood is trending upward as people are buying the old Florida homes, fixing them up or tearing them down to build new houses. There is very good value here.
